Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA therapy team. As an RBT, you will work directly with children with autism and other developmental disabilities, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your role will be crucial in helping children develop essential skills and improve their quality of life.

Current RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred)
Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and data collection procedures
CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to pass background checks and fingerprinting requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Psychology, Special Education, Social Work, etc.)
Experience with ABA therapy in a clinical, home, or school setting
Bilingual (Spanish, ASL, etc.) is a plus
Familiarity with electronic data collection systems
